Who is responsible for your information?

What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, property postcode, property type, finance purpose, optional value and borrowing amount, intended residential occupation and any notes you choose to provide. It also records your service acknowledgement, referral discussion preference, a submission reference and the version of this notice.
Basic technical information, such as an IP address and request information, may be processed by the hosting infrastructure. The enquiry handler uses a temporary hashed IP value for basic rate limiting. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, health information or passwords through this form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, understand the requirement and discuss possible next steps. Where you request steps towards an agreement, the relevant basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Our legitimate interests cover responding to general correspondence, administering enquiries, protecting the website and keeping appropriate business records. We use a legal obligation basis where we must retain or disclose information by law.
The required checkbox records your understanding of the service and this notice. It is not marketing consent. This form does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Email delivery and recipients
The website sends the enquiry through Resend to our business enquiry inbox at matt.lenzie@gmail.com. Your email address is set as the reply-to address. Resend processes the email notification and Google provides the receiving mailbox. Hosting infrastructure also processes requests needed to operate the website.
We use service providers to deliver and operate the service. Where information is processed outside the UK, applicable safeguards are required, such as adequacy arrangements or appropriate contractual protections. You can contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Referrals for regulated funding
We are not FCA regulated and only deal with non-regulated finance. If your requirement needs regulated funding, we refer it to an FCA-regulated counterparty. The optional checkbox requests a discussion about that introduction; it does not authorise unrestricted sharing. We will identify the proposed counterparty and explain the sharing before your details are passed on. The counterparty will provide its own privacy information for its service.
How long information is kept
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. The period depends on whether the enquiry proceeds and whether there is a continuing reason to retain it. Temporary application rate-limit records expire after ten minutes. Contact us to request deletion or ask about retention of a particular record; some information may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Cookies, fonts and the calculator
The website application does not add analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Fonts are served with the website. The calculator runs in your browser and does not send your entered figures to us. Hosting or access-control infrastructure may use information necessary to deliver or protect the site.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict processing, object to processing or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
