Lenzie Consulting Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the FCA. We only deal with non-regulated finance. Where regulated funding is required, we refer enquiries to an FCA-regulated counterparty. We do not give regulated mortgage advice or arrange regulated mortgage contracts.

Calculations and examples

Calculator outputs use the values you enter and a constant interest rate for the whole term. They exclude fees, taxes, insurance, changing interest rates and early repayment charges. They do not assess affordability, rental coverage, lending eligibility or regulatory status. Illustrative values are not available mortgage rates or lending criteria.

We aim to keep information clear and accurate, but lender criteria and other information can change. Check the latest terms directly with the relevant source before relying on a figure or criterion. Links to third-party websites are provided for reference and do not make us responsible for their services or content.
